At Chris Riley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
